a walk to meet Kim and her family
at a local brunch hotspot, Nellie's
where I had my all time favourite breakfast food
and they make it right
no fancy cinnamon or whip cream
just plain old yummy goodness
and how can you go wrong
when you eat somewhere that
has packaged cheez whiz on the table
well fed and ready to explore kidlets...
we headed off to this art market...
where I found many pretties
including this gem ,
my new ticking "time" bomb
the very talented Blair (her blog here) had a table with a friend
showcasing her photographs
Scott bought a beautiful Costa Rica beach photograph
that he has beside his bed,
daydreaming about the day he opens
his charter fishing business :)
of course what is a wander through Kensington
without some store snooping...
Shelby and I fell in love with these
t-shirts but apparently there was no way
she was going to be able to wear a size 6
add in a stop at Crave cupcake and Starbucks
and you have a wonderful afternoon exploring.
we then all came back to
our place for a visit and
to eat cupcakes!
dinner at my mom/dad's
and a drive by the house rounded out
this kick arse day.
